Shipping & Delivery Within Australia

Domestic Shipping Rates

We are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and affordable as possible. We offer reliable, fast delivery to every corner of Australia — including regional and remote areas — with no hidden fees or surcharges on standard orders.

Standard Delivery: $9.99 flat rate per order — no matter how many items you buy.

FREE Delivery on all orders over $99 (Australian addresses only). Free delivery applies to standard shipping services and is calculated once per order at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days of receiving it. Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated transit times:

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–8 business days
  • Remote & rural areas: 7–14 business days (may take longer depending on location)

Please note that these are estimates provided by Australia Post and our courier partners. Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as public holidays, Christmas, and Easter.

Delivery Address — Important Tips for Buyers

To ensure a smooth delivery, please keep the following in mind when placing your order:

  • Provide a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel. A workplace address is often the most reliable option.
  • We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes.
  • Double-check that your email address is correct at checkout — this is how we send your tracking information.
  • If you are unsure about your address format (especially for rural properties), include any relevant lot numbers or property identifiers to avoid delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your parcel tracking number and a link to track your shipment online in real time. You can use this link at any time to check the current status and estimated delivery date of your package.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us and we’ll look into it right away.

Large or Multi-Box Orders

Some larger orders may need to be packed and shipped in more than one parcel. If this applies to your order, the individual parcels may arrive on different days. Your tracking email will include details for all packages so you can monitor each one.

Acceptance of Goods & Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver will leave a calling card in your letterbox and the parcel will either be left in a safe location (if applicable) or held at your nearest Post Office or courier depot for collection.

Please collect your parcel promptly. If it is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to us. In this case, an additional postage fee will apply to re-send the order. We recommend acting on the calling card quickly to avoid any delays or extra costs.

Out of Stock Items

We work hard to keep all products available and in stock. However, in the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock after your purchase, we will contact you promptly by phone or email to discuss your options, which may include:

  • Waiting a short time for the item to be restocked (usually within a few business days)
  • Substituting the item with an equivalent product of similar size or type
  • A full refund for the out-of-stock item
  • Placing the item on backorder — contact us to arrange this option

If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable timeframe, we will automatically process a refund for the unavailable item. Your satisfaction is our priority.
